DIRECTIONS:

From Albany/Boston: North on Route #87 to exit 20 (Lake George area). At the end of the ramp turn left onto Route #9. Go approx. 1/2 mile to traffic light. Turn right onto Route #149 (Fort Ann) for 12 miles. Turn left onto Route #4 (sign says Whitehall and Vermont). Go 10 miles. Go straight through intersection on Route #22 (Route #4 turns right into Vermont) for 15 miles. Turn right (there will be a TLC road sign) onto Lake Road (just past large barn). Go 2 miles, bear right at "Y" (you'll see another TLC sign and then a dead end sign). Go 1/2 mile. The Lake Champlain Inn is on the right hand side.  Victorian Schoolhouse cottage is on your left.

From Montreal/North:  South on Route 87 to exit 28 (Ticonderoga).  Take Route 74 to Ticonderoga (18 miles;  McDonald's on corner).  Go straight through the intersection (Route 22) for 11 miles.  Turn left (there will be a TLC road sign) onto Lake Road (just before large barn). Go 2 miles, bear right at "Y" (you'll see another TLC sign and then a dead end sign). Go 1/2 mile. The Lake Champlain Inn is on the right hand side.  Victorian Schoolhouse cottage is on your left.
